Like others, I’m interested in having my gaming rig make use of itself when I’m not using it. Currently have a 6850 in it but am looking at an upgrade to a 270 or 270x soon. I figure anything I can make on the side is icing on the gaming cake!

I would save up for a 280x. Better price per kh

I’d recommend a 7850 for mining and gaming because it is a lower price right now and still a solid 350KH/s.

280x is a no go for me, I only have 10.5" or so of space for a card in my coolermaster storm scout case.
I’ll take a look into the 7850.
