Just stumbled across this and cannot figure out how to mine for the life of me. I have the client and the wallet but nothing works. I am simple mind you so any help would be great

[/quote]The same thing is happening with me. I guess it is not possible to mine without specialized hardware.

A little more information on why you think you can’t mine would be useful, you can mine on non specialized hardware, with the help form the guys on the forum here I was mining within 10mins on a laptop I have :D

Thanks for the reply. My problem is with configuring the miner clients. I have tried CGminer, Pooler cpuminer and Scrypt miner. I have read some of the starting guides, and am still going through the rest. Hopefully, something will work. :-)
Update: Right after posting the above message, I managed to get the Pooler cpuminer to work.
