Restarting Mining

Hello, I have been mining for FTC with GUIminer and D2 Pool. I stopped mining and when I hit restart and I got a server not found error. I tried closing the program down and restarting the program and rested the Stratum Proxy File, made sure the website was not being block. I can not get it to start mining again. I am using windows 7. I have the settings all in the miner like when it was mining. I’m flustered, I need help, please and thanx. :)

I tried to telnet but I get back,Connecting to pool d2.cc… Could not open connection to the host, on port 3333
