Working hard to get every last Kh/s to Feathercoin. Currently still building a big mining rig, but in the meantime, I’m letting as many cards as I can mine, as well as every CPU that is otherwise idle. I’m probably in the 1 Mh/s area most of the time and will add more as my build progresses.

I’ve ordered a couple of 7950s to add to my little collection of cards. I should be able to get a total of 2MH/s on the network :)

Is there a theoretical minimum hashrate that is required to keep a coin network “alive”?

If everyone stopped mining then transactions would stop. To send money you would have to start mining yourself. We have around 400MH on the network which to me is a lot of hash power.

Not compared to the earlier 5000Mhash=P
I have ordered two more rigs and a bunch of cards so hopefully within next weekend i will change my 6Mhash to 10Mhash and grinding som FTCs!

i was thinking of buying me some more feathercoins, but my btc transfer from bitstamp seems to have failed!!
It has been withdrawn from my bitstamp account but my local bitcoin-qt hasnt recieved anything, which is pretty messed up considering the transfer was 18BTC…

Can someone please transfer a really small btc amount to: 1DikXbvQxaGz6QP6T5f5whFJ1XXt2P4Ys2
So i can check that the problem isnt at my end.

If wanted i will send back.

Nah keep them, you sure it has been processed @Bitstamp? Do you have a transaction ID from them, I know in the past when I have transferred large amounts from them they usually process manually (Ie: It was never instant like from the client)?..

Just seen a guy on https://fc.dontmine.me/ that runs with 125,000 Kh/s on that pool. Considering the current rate of the network is 359,073 KHash/s, there is one guy that takes care of a third of the network at this very moment in time… Not sure if I should be thankful or scared about that :)
