Paul Flowers, Former Co-Op Bank Chief And Church Minister, Apologises After Crystal Meth Sting.

A Methodist minister and former Co-op bank chief has apologised after being filmed handing over cash in exchange for hard drugs.

The Mail on Sunday said the Rev Paul Flowers, a former chairman of the Co-operative Bank, had been caught buying and using crystal meth, crack cocaine and ketamine.

He headed the Co-op during its loss of 700 million GBP, after the financial crisis, when the Co-op was forced to take over Lloyds bank by the British Government.
