NEW POOL / TX FEE QUESTION

I have a new pool I’m setting up and we have found a few blocks.
Why do I have to pay a TX fee on blocks I generate? Even if I wait for 200 confirms?

Would bundling them all up in a “sendmany” avoid the fee? or at least minimize the fee to the minimum?
