        I have more news:

        I’ve been working with Shane.

First of all, he’s realized that this is serious and if he doesn’t take immediate action, things are likely going to go very poorly for him.

We’re negotiating a schedule for refunds. I promised dates, so here they are:

If by end of day 1/28/2014, we have not worked out a full schedule for payments to be made, I will go ahead with helping getting legal action to proceed against him.

By that time, I expect to have an offer to present to you. You can take it or leave it. If you accept it, you’ll be added to the pool of refunds, and you’ll be asked to sign an agreement saying you won’t persue legal action as long as the repayment schedule is maintained. If you don’t, you can proceed with legal action on your own, and worry about how to get the money back yourself.

Of course if he renegs, then you can just go ahead and sue anyway since he’ll be in breach of contract.

I strongly suggest you consider accepting the offer, whatever it ends up being, as it’s absolutely your best option for getting all your money back. More from me on this soon.

Kevlar, I appreciate your time and effort on this tremendously. Don’t hesitate to remind me to direct a donation into your wallet.

But I’ve had it. I, for one, am all for a reasonable solution, have been from the beginning, and I’ve been one of the most patient and understanding people I think, but really, the dude has even blown it with me. Very few people on this planet have that questionable honor, but he’s one of them. Getting what’s ours through court is worth a shot, I’d say. Much, much more certain then trying to get a refund without a legal pack of wolves closing in on him.

But we’ll see. I don’t believe anything of it though, from his part of course.

You know the stupidest thing?! I still think if he just went ahead with the original plan he could have actually earned admiration and some honest cash. Not right away, but he wouldn’t have to take a loss either. Enough people were willing to help out. All that was needed was honesty and commitment. Damn shame it failed this miserably.

I’ll let Kevlar do his thing, not sure if I wasn’t clear on that, but I will honor an agreement. I just don’t believe Shane fully understands that the mess he’ll be in if he doesn’t cooperate is much much worse then the mess he is in now.

From what I understand, he does. That is why he is cooperating. Fingers crossed.

That’s of course if the contract is legally binding where he lives. I am all up for agreeing an out of court settlement of repayment with Shane but for me IT MUST be a psychically signed legally binding agreement. I don’t trust him at all and i am 100% sure no one else does. A contract based on his word means nothing to me as i am sure it will mean nothing to everyone else. Shane has proven to be a lair, a thief and a cheat with absolutely no morals or remorse for what he has done.

So fine lets agree a repayment schedule, but lets get it signed and sealed LEGALLY!

I am seeing my solicitor in a couple of days and Kevlar i will be Pm’ing you her details later today for you to forward the dossier. We are all desperate to get our money back but lets not agree on things for the sake of agreeing. lets do this properly and LEGALLY

Yes it is the right thing to do provided its genuine. Lets no be too quick to accept an agreement based on the word of Shane, that forgoes our rights to pursue legal action.

Surely i cant be the only one here a little distrusting of this?? Its a great idea but i for one would want the agreement checked by my solicitor before i sign anything

                          I totally agree with Hamilton!

It was a back and forth all the time - … He apologized and said that he will refund, a day later “he looses his mobile phone” … and so on. After all that, why should we trust his words now?

no you are not the only one believe me but now lets wait for kevlar to tell us the situation tomorrow, and we should also ask FTClover to sign and acknowledgement of debt and a time frame to reimburse everyone to show his good will to resolve the matter.

It’s 100% that he must also sign the agreement for sure, and it should be done and arranged through his legal representative and witnessed. The law is there to remove trust from the Equation. I have 0% trust in Shane or his words so all that’s left for me is a formal legally binding agreement or failing that Criminal justice!

Agree lets wait to see what the proposal is first because if its something stupid like 2 years to get our money, i wouldn’t be interested anyway

i just noticed that FTClover has deleted all his posts on this very thread, so whats he playing at? trying to cover his tracks and lies? Does he seriously not think the admins cant pull a cache of his posts?

I lost about 400 FTC but others have lost a lot more.

                                        This.
I want to mention that I won’t accept fiat because who knows how much btc or ftc will be worth when we get our money back.
I mean if the value btc/ftc raises e.g. by 50-100% he couldn’t pay us back anyway in crypto currency, so he must refund within the next days or weeks.
If the price falls luck for him.
