With a bit of tuning you should be able to get a little more out of that card. Try
-w 128 -g 1 -l 15
Then try upping intensity ( -I 12 -> 18) -
-I 18

Restarting the GPU from the menu will not fix this.(-I 15 -w 128 -l 15 -g 1) ~ 26-32 Kh/s
I>=12 ~ 26-32 Kh/s

You could try -g 2
(does nothing to my 750ti)
Or larger / smaller work size
-w 64 or -w 256 -
