Which exchange do you use/check to get the prices?

If you use Cryptsy, it seems to be not the best one, as they put most of their business on hold.

FTC went up there, because people used FTC to withdraw their invest, as many other coin withdrawals are blocked at Cryptsy.

On Bittrex the FTC echange rate has been relatively constant for the last weeks

          Cryptsy is d 1st place me exploring…
end-up, finding my 0.++ BTC withdrawal is still pending till this recent time… :o/
          but…then i had my lesson…
          now i know…how d ‘goxed’ word had been written… ;o)

Currently, im at Cryptopia, Bittrex or Bter…which give d best trading price…

back to d topic…got a few questions if u dun mind this noob here askin…

-let say if i do a buy…1 FTC for some high BTC price at any exchange/trading places ther…is that will effect d FTC market-price…?
          -why d FTC-developer-team not try to-set or to-float d FTC price…?
-why got some people ‘hate’/‘envy’ with FTC…? ;o)
-can we…as a community…bring this FTC as ‘par’ as at LTC / DOGE ‘spot’ nowdays…? :o)

if im not mistaken, FTC-Community seems strong… got a lot of pools dat doing d FTC mining…
Hope it will growth more n become stronger in this Crypto-scene atmosphere…

You need to calculate/compare the value of your trade with the total value traded at the time of your trade. If your trade is 1% of all trades at that time there will be little influence on the price.
If it is larger, because you buy 1 FTC for one BTC you would create a peak in price but no long term change.
Nevertheless people already did such things

            • user A places a sell order with an incredible high price
            • user B accepts that offer and ignores all cheaper offers.
            • user B places a sell order with an incredible high price
            • user A accepts that offer and ignores all cheaper offers.

If they continue that game, they would drive up the price, especially, if the amount of coins transfered is high.

BUT: This is illegal in most countries

            -why d FTC-developer-team not try to-set or to-float d FTC price…?

the developer-team can not set a price as the price is a result of the calculations at the different exchanges. setting a price would mean to leave all exchanges and no coins would be traded anymore. -> the best way to kill a coin.

-why got some people ‘hate’/‘envy’ with FTC…? ;o)

I don’t know, but all people have likes and dislikes

-can we…as a community…bring this FTC as ‘par’ as at LTC / DOGE ‘spot’ nowdays…? :o)

That is what all cryptos try to archive ;)
Some inventive ideas how to use FTC besides just trading would help :sunglasses:

will FTC be at d same level like Litecoin @ Dogecoin…or better…?
can FTC ‘sits’ next to BTC…? ;3)

In the short term expect to lose upward of 40% of its value suddenly or gain over 400% from its current position, this is about where we have been sitting for a while now.
